Customer Administration Assistant
Based in Edinburgh
£18,500 per annum
Hours: 0830 – 1700, Monday – Friday

Would you like to provide support to a busy Customer Service team? As an Administration Assistant your role will be to provide support to our growing team of Customer Account Executive’s. You will be an excellent communicator and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. You will have a high level of attention to detail and take a proactive approach to prioritising your workload and resolving problems.
Responsibilities:
Creation of orders, proformas and delivery notes.
Gaining knowledge on product lines.
To learn the Sage 200 system.
Greeting visitors.
Managing meeting rooms.
Providing general support to the Scottish office.
To be successful in this position you must be competent in using MS Office, you will have previous Customer Service experience and be literate in both Math and English.
