We are looking for a full-time Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis who has strong organisational skills and experience within general administration to be based in our Gateshead offices to support the regional team. You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm,
Salary £19,000

This is a key role, focusing on providing effective, timely and high quality services to all our visitors, customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities include;
Administrative duties to support the wider team
Resolve any administration requirements that may arise.
Answering the telephone in a welcoming manner
Handle all the incoming and outgoing mail
Greet visitors ensuring that our security and health and safety procedures are met.
Manage the booking and allocation of meeting rooms
Take the lead on any meeting requirements.You must be a skilled and natural customer service advocate with understanding of its importance in a food distribution environment. Your attention to detail and organisation will be excellent, backed up with strong IT and finance skills.

Success in this role will utilise all your influence and impact with colleagues right across the depot, to ensure a shared commitment to the highest standards of customer service.
