Customer Collections Specialist

We have an opportunity for a skilled Collections specialist to work with a highly successful collections team in Basingstoke

Ideally you will have the following skills, you will have had some call centre experience and be a confident communicator

be able to work under pressure, but remain professional and polite at all times

Analytical problem solving would be helpful as would some regulatory and legislative knowledge

You will be working in the front line of the business, helping to drive the companies success
