Adecco are currently recruiting a Data Entry Assistant to work with our client in Capenhurst.
The role is joining a small, friendly team to assist with customer orders.
We are seeking candidates who have excellent attention to detail, highly organised and computer literate.
This is initially a temporary assignment with potential longer-term opportunities.
Candidates must be able to start immediately.
Main responsibilities
Input all customer orders efficiently.
Ensure that the line manager is informed immediately of any situation when, for whatever reason, customer requirements cannot be met.
Amending documents across all formats as necessary.
Assist the I.T. department in improving the input system by offering feedback on improvements and errors etc.
Work within all relevant health and safety procedures/guidelines
Hours - Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm (4:00pm finish on a Friday).
