Credit Controller

£22,000 - £24,000PA (depending on experience)

Wolverhampton

Monday to Friday, 9.00am till 5.30pm

Long term temp up to September 2022- possibility of perm

Adecco are looking to recruit a credit controller position to work within a team and co-operate with colleagues to deliver a high standard of service and sustain a harmonious working professional environment.

Duties Involved

· Chase Aged Debt, by phone and email

· Key Accounts

Debt > 90 days

All Other Debt

· Account reconciliation

· Copy invoices and statements (Email + Post)

· Dealing with telephone/email queries and resolve disputes

· Take credit card payments from customer

· Resolve Unallocated Cash queries

· Filing and other admin duties

Experience Required

· Previous credit control experience

· Good MS Excel skills

· Excellent telephone manner

· Keen attention to detail is required
