JOB ROLE: Customer Service Advisor

TERM: Temporary role, could become permanent for the right person

HOURS: Full time, Mon-Fri

SALARY: £11-£12phr

LOCATION: Bexleyheath

A new role is available for a Customer Service Advisor to join a great client of ours.

Your duties include:

Providing a first-class service to customers who will be contacting you regarding bookings and general enquiries
Using the company system to schedule bookings, update customer records and upload paperwork
Liaising with other departments to gather information in order to provide clients with updates on their booking status/progress

Your key skills are:

Customer service - you will be the first point of contact for many customers
Attention to detail and organisation - required to ensure the smooth running of a busy department
Resilience - you must be able to think on your feet and be able to act quickly to resolve any issues
