Alliance Personnel are working on behalf of one of their Bilston based clients and are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Operations Assistant to work closely with the Operations Directly and Warehouse Manager to ensure the delivery of products and services throughout an expanding and demanding customer base.

Key Skills / Duties :

* Work closely with the Operations Director to oversee daily business operations

* Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency

* Monitor sales orders and supplier relations

* Attending to any correspondence and emails by customers, clients and contractors

* Ensuring compliance by following all in-house and awarding bodies’ procedures.

* Planning and prioritizing workflow

* Liaising with Sales teams

* Updating manuals

* Experience in ISO, H&S and Environmental compliance

Idea candidate:

* Organized, enthusiastic, reliable and efficient in multi-tasking

* Excellent organizational skills

* Possess a fine eye for detail and be able to problem solve under pressure

* Able to communicate comfortably at all levels of the organization

* Self motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team

* Good communication skills, verbal and written

* Good IT skills, Microsoft office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly and effectively

* Strong team player with good communication skills

* High level of administration skills

* Warehouse/logistics experience preferred but not essential
