Page Personnel are supporting a leading business in the Birmingham area with the appointment of an Interim HR Advisor to join to support with a restructure project.
Description
Working alongside a HR team, the role of Interim HR Advisor will provide administration and advisory support with a restructure project.
Some flexibility for occasional travel may be required.
This role offers a mix of work from home and office working.
Profile
Candidates suitable for this Interim HR Advisor role will either be proven Advisors with knowledge of employee relations case work. Proven HR administrators/coordinators may also be considered.
Strong knowledge of excel is also required.
Knowledge of restructures, redundancies, tupe will be highly beneficial.
