Calling all Customer Service Candidate
Do you come from a Customer Service background and enjoy providing the highest quality customer service then this is the role for you.
Our fantastic client based in Droitwich is looking to recruit an number claims handlers to join there ever going team.
We are looking for candidates who have worked either face to face or office based within a customer service role. The ideal candidate must be competent when dealing with customers over the phones whilst providing empathy and the highest quality customer service.

Computer literate
Good relationship builder
Effective time management
Ability to work on own initiative and to tight timescales when necessary
Possess excellent communicating skills
Ability to follow Company policy & practices
Enthusiastic self-starter able to work on own initiative
Willingness to learn
Well organisedHave a positive 'can do' attitude
Summary of Role:
Responsible for handling claims that are received by the Emergency Accommodation department.
Key Accountabilities / Activities
Assist with all new and existing instructions;
Ensure daily activities are completed in the set timeframes as set down by Emergency Accommodation Supervisor;
Ensure any complaints are escalated to Head of Operations within SLA's;
To play a vital role in the team, and assist your line manager as requested;
Flexibility regarding Out of Hours phone to ensure covered;
Work to both individual KPIs and team targets;
Attend regular training sessions;
Ensure fully aware & competent in all department processes;
To help cover holidays and sick where ever possible.
General duties
To familiarise yourself with your departmental standards of performance and to be able to demonstrate their application
To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming at all times
To co-operate and communicate with colleagues to ensure effective department teamwork
To attend any meetings, training sessions or courses that may be beneficial to you and your development
Hours of work
Full Time, 40 hours per week, covering the hours of Monday-Friday 8.00-19.00 Saturday 10.00-16.00. Sunday & Bank Holiday as and when required due to business needs.
