Executive Assistant/ Office Manager

£22-28k per annum

LOCATION: East Croydon

HOURS: Monday-Friday 9.30am-5.30pm

We're teaming up with a business based in East Croydon looking to recruit a Executive Assistant/ Office Manager. This busy role will be split into 3 main duties, Commercial Administration, supporting the Executive Assistant and Office Administration.

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

· Assist the Customer Account Manager with different customer response tasks (e.g., replying to emails, customer queries, complaints, etc.).

· Assist with the launch of new customers

· Assist the Business Development Manager with the preparation of EAP quotes, and any quote packs that need to be posted.

· Update sales collateral as required, including PowerPoint, quote templates, e-brochures, etc

· Manage the MD's daily email in-box, prioritise emails and track responses

· Assist with filing and administration

· Be reliable and trustworthy with confidential and personal information

· Book travel and other personal arrangements

· Manage the director's diary and put in meetings as required

· Complete expenses spreadsheet monthly

· Assist the FD with HR function for the office, recording holidays and sickness absence etc.

· Maintain stationary stocks and order all necessary office supplies

· Mange all general office suppliers (security, cleaning, maintenance etc.).

· Principal responsibility for greeting visitors, offering drinks and making them feel looked after.

· Assist with all general office administrative tasks.

Skills and Experience:

· Organised and efficient

· Flexible and adaptable individual

· Someone who is good at multi-tasking

· Someone who is proactive and is confident to bring new ideas to the table

· 3-4 years' experience in an office manager/ personal assistant role

· Ideally someone who has experience working for a smaller organisation
