We are currenty searching for a highly organised Project Coordinator to support the Governance, Risk & Compliance team on a part time basis.

About the job role;

JOB TITLE: Part Time Project Coordinator

START DATE: ASAP

JOB TYPE: Temp to Perm (3 days per week)

HOURS: 09:00am - 17:30pm (Currently Remote until further notice,but will be offering flexible working)

SALARY: £25,000 - £35,000

LOCATION: Kings Cross (Curretly remote)

Main function of job

Support with Risk Assessment tasks
Support with SMT++ easygenerator training and coordination.
Administering system access rights.
Support with maintaining the team intranet sites, in collaboration with team members.
Monitoring group email accounts.
Scheduling Risk Assessment interviews and co-ordinating response team roll out.
Building reports of completions for e-learning and live training and assisting with creation/layout of presentations and reports.
Support the wider team with project work; preparing comprehensive action plans and schedule.
Coordinating project schedules and meetings.
Documenting key decisions, minutes and actions from meetings, and follow up with action owners.
Undertaking project tasks as required.
Support with team administration, contributing to improving the efficiency of the department.
Develop a network of key internal stakeholders and external contacts to gather information relating to processes, procedures, and facilitate change as required.
Work creatively and to be adaptive in finding solutions whilst proactively engaging with stakeholders.
Working closely with team colleagues to ensure efficient transfer of relevant information between all stakeholders.
Other ad hoc administrative support when required

Experience, knowledge and skills required

2 years project experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes and Google Suite (Docs/Forms/Sheets/Slides)
Technical Capability
Excellent judgement and decision making abilities.
A proactive attitude and the ability to use own initiative.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Analytical skills.
Good at building professional relationships
Able to work effectively in a highly complex, diverse, changing environment
Embraces creativity, innovation and is open to new ideas
Takes initiative to identify current and potential problems and determines the best solution

Education and Qualifications:

Qualified to A Level standard, or equivalent experience
