Are you an organised administrator who wants an opportunity to develop your skills within a friendly team? We have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Administrator to work for a leading supplier of vehicle maintenance services and repairs. Excellent benefits offered including 28 days annual leave plus annual performance related bonus!
 
This is a full time permanent role based in Immingham working Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm & Friday 8.30am-4pm on a salary of £17,000 per annum.
 
Reporting to the Key Account Manager, you will work as part of a close knit and well established team controlling designated administrative duties to support the wider fleet departments. As Fleet Administrator you will produce weekly and monthly fleet reports, review vehicle mileage and damage claims, keeping wagon files up to date and covering as Fleet Controller during holidays and absence. 
 
We are keen to hear from applicants who have some administration experience, who want an opportunity and are willing to learn and work their way up. This is a busy, fast paced administrative role so any previous experience in fleet, manufacturing, or engineering would be beneficial but is not essential. Good organisation skills with excellent attention to detail is required along with MS Office knowledge. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to multitask and work well as part of a team environment.
