Compliance Administrator
* Sunderland
* Permanent staff position
* £19,500 per annum
A proactive Administrator with a background in compliance or incident management is required to join a leading Sunderland employer.
Ideally with a background in financial services or large contact centres, you primarily be tasked with the oversight of the NCR process, error logging and monitoring of daily operational controls.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Daily oversight of the NCR process
* Oversight of error logs
* Analyse output and collate information into reports and data that help identify key trends
* Assist in staff training and coaching on incident management
* Play a key role in embedding a culture of Risk, Compliance and Quality across the business
Required Skills & Experience
* A background in financial services, contact centres, process outsourcing is preferred
* Experience of reporting incidents and errors in a large volume processing environment
* Good attention to detail & strong problem solving skills
* Able to produce high quality written reports
* Self-motivated, self-sufficient and proactive
