Our client is looking for a Graduate Assistant for a role in Edinburgh city centre

Description
To provide a professional and efficient administrative service to the Lawyers based in the Edinburgh office. The role allows the successful candidate to gain exposure to all aspects of the business including, finance, HR , marketing and the delivery of client service
Key Aspects of the Role
Dealing with all incoming and outgoing post, ensuring this is all recorded on the system
Main point of contact for the office, dealing with queries from clients, third parties, and other areas of the business
Managing financial transactions on individual cases
Managing billing for the Edinburgh office
Managing multiple email inboxes, dealing with a wide variety of requests and queries
Opening new matters. Making and maintaining files of papers for cases
Arranging travel
Assisting in preparation of client training and marketing materials
Assisting in the production of management information for clientProfile
Excellent organisational skills
Able to manage time effectively
Good communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good IT skills
The ability to take a proactive approach to supporting the Lawyers in the teamJob Offer
