TADCASTER, NORTH YORKSHIRE, LS24
£21,000 p.a.
+ £1,000 p.a. discretionary incentive paid quarterly (subject to Company performance against targets).
Benefits include: Pension, Occupational Sick Pay, Health Care, Life Assurance
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week covering from 9am to 5pm
This role will be a mixture of home and office working, a suitable area to work will be required
at the home location. All equipment will be provided.
Role
Day-to-day planning of surveys and installations with retailers
Planning the work for technicians for a defined geographical area
You will be responsible for making sure technician resource is fully utilised while also making sure Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are achieved
Communicating with customers, technicians, service providers and field management
Working with internal CRM systems and using Microsoft
Diary management & Customer Service
Managing cost efficiency and quality of work
Team working is essential so being a strong team player is a necessity to perform well in this role.

We have seen people successful in this role who are from Customer Service Backgrounds, Administration, Call Centre, Scheduling, Planning and Appointment Booking roles.
