Sales Administrator / Customer Service Administrator

Middlesbrough

£9 per hour

We are looking for an experienced Administrator with Customer Service experience for a major employer in Middlesbrough. This role is offered on a long term temporary basis, leading to a permanent contract.

ROLE OUTLINE

* Provide administration support to Sales and Customer Service Team.

* Respond to general enquiries and re-direct to the relevant contact within the team.

* Act as the main contact for invoice queries, credit notes and complaint handling and facilitate timely resolution of issues.

* Identify & propose improvement to the customer relationship in all aspects of customer satisfaction in order to add value to the commercial agreement

* Be fully involved in implementing the companies policies and procedures, in particular the Health & Safety policy

REQUIRED SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE

* Experience within an engineering/manufacturing/distribution setting is preferred

* Effective communication skills (written & verbal)

* Team player

* Numeracy & Analytical skills

* Enquiry handling (by phone and face-to-face)

* IT/Systems knowledge

* Business acumen (Commercial & Operational handling)

* Detail oriented

* Complaint handling & Management

* Ability to manage time effectively

* Flexible & resilient

* Positive manner with ability to build customer intimacy
