Shift Supervisor - Day shift

PMP Recruitment is seeking a Day Shift Supervisor to be based at one of our client industrial sites in Huntingdon, PE29 6SY. Working as part of a team your role will be to supply contract workers to our key client.

Your pay rate as a Shift Supervisor will be £12.00p/h

Working full time shifts available, shift times will vary depending on operational requirements.

This position is temporary with the possibility to become permanent

Day-to-day as a Shift Supervisor:

Managing shift bookings & checking in workers for their shifts
Building relationships with both the workers & the client
Providing performance feedback to workers
Managing worker absences & holidays
Recruitment and induction of new workers
Updating spreadsheets
Administration duties & assisting with payrollOur ideal candidate as a Shift Supervisor:

Effective communication skills to liaise with clients & workers
Proficient in excel
A high level of organization
Have the ability to manage own workload
High motivation and a can-do attitude
