Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Front Office and Customer Service Administrator
on behalf of our client, a nationwide company for their office in Newbridge.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and dynamic company predominantly to provide customer service and administrative support to the organisation. The successful candidate will have a previous background in administration and be able to proficiently use MS Office packages.
Key responsibilities:
Providing business support to the sales and customer service team
Creating and processing client orders
Handling proforma and delivery notes, ensuring accuracy
Logging samples and packing orders
Taking ownership of inbound calls - taking accurate messages
Providing customer service excellence at all times
Delivering exceptional service and communicating in a clear and concise manner
Keying accurate information into the client database
Maintain strict confidentiality in relation to all tasks
Ensure data is up to date and readily available
Diary management and setting up meeting rooms
Commitment to learning all product lines and gaining knowledge of Sage 200
Key skills:
Customer service and call handling
Proficient in all Microsoft office packages including Excel
Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment
Able to work to strict deadlines
Previous knowledge of Sage 200 (desirable)
