Recruitment Consultant
We have an exciting opportunity become available for a Temps Recruitment Consultant covering blue collar across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. This is a very fast paced environment where focus and attention to detail are essential skills for success. I am proud to offer the right candidate the opportunity to create and develop their own desk along with maintaining and building current client relationships.
Your role will be formed of many tasks and is a 360 role primarily focused on the attraction and development of new clients using a variety of methods including (but not limited to) cold calling, key skill sales calls, and qualified sales and service visits along with the admin that goes with servicing your candidates which includes entering candidates onto the system, payroll and referencing.
This role is predominately a sales role although you will need to be more than just a good sales person to be considered for this exciting position. You will also form part of the recruitment team and will support with the day to day running of the business operation. This will include the day to day assignments of temporary workers, allocating work and managing their performance. As this industry is keenly regulated and audited you will be responsible for your own administration and you will need to be organised, focused and have a keen eye for detail.
This is a satisfying and demanding role based in a fast paced environment which involves making decisions based on your judgement and experience.
