Are you an experienced Field Picker looking for consistent work within a friendly team? Look no further we are currently recruiting for a number of sites around Spalding! We can offer great rates of pay with overtime available, excellent benefits and lovely work environment.

Pay: £8.95ph- £9.62ph  
Shifts Available: Mon-Sun from 05:00 but flexible
Location: Spalding
Duration: Temporary, ongoing.

To pick or plant the vegetables
Working as part of a team
Packing the vegetables on a trailer
Planting the vegetables using machinery
Quality check the product
Maintaining a clean & safe environment
Access to own transport is required to get to site
Additional hours may be required during busy periods
We are keen to hear from applicants with the following experience: Farming, Picking, Groundswork, Packing, Egg collecting, Field worker, 

Please note: this is a physically demanding role & will include a lot of bending & lifting in order to perform the role.
