IT Developer

The company are currently working in the office 60/40, working in a gorgeous hybrid office in the Tadley area. They offer extremely good benefits.

As an IT Developer you will be;

* Interacting with key personnel to capture business requirements
* Produce detailed solution design and specification
* Solution development
o Programming
o Documenting via RunBooks and User Manuals
o Testing, implementation and deployment
o Enhancements and upgrades
* User Training and Ongoing support
* Review and maintenance of existing solutions/systems
* Other duties assigned by the Head of IT Knowledge & Experience:
* Advanced knowledge of
o T-SQL, should include database design and data warehousing experience
o Python 3, experience with Anaconda helpful
o Excel, VBA
o Power BI
* Experience in data engineering, Dashboard development, UI development (through Django or similar)
* Experience in Utilities (Preferably Power), Commodities (Preferably Energy Commodities) or Fintech
* Experience developing as part of an Agile team (Agile Project Management or Scrum)
* Self-Motivated
* Process driven with a keen eye for detail
* Communication is a key skill within the role and the applicant will need to communicate confidently and effectively
