Customer Services Executives

Our client are looking for exceptional individuals who have amazing Customer Services Skills and

have an interest or have worked within the MOTOR TRADE or dealerships which would be perfect.

Based in purpose built NEW offices near Birmingham Airport car owners due to location.

Dealing with all sorts of enquiries from missing their car mats to a red light on the dashboard helping and advising the clients to give them the best possible customer services and journey.

All calls will be logged onto the Crm System is will be busy and fast paced and very much a team environment

Working hours are 4 days on 4 days off and between 8 – 6pm 10 – 8pm on rotating shifts
