Early Talent Coordinator

Join the European Early Talent Team

The main purpose of our client's team is to attract, recruit, develop and retain Early Talent in Europe. You will be based in and predominantly support the UK market but may also have opportunities to support in other European markets. You will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the recruitment of their future Graduates and work on different Early Talent projects. In doing so you will contribute to the regional strategy to build and grow their Early Talent pipeline and enhance their employer reputation.

37.50 hrs week.
£10.00 per hr.
6-month assignment with potential for extension.
Working from home.Your mission:

Manage Early Talent attraction and recruitment process:

Your main responsibility will be to ensure the sourcing and pre-selection of the best profiles, for example, through reviewing digital interviews and acting as guardian of the recruitment process and culture as you propose a strong candidate shortlist to the business.
You will help coordinate our virtual Graduate assessment days.
You will work closely with the EU Employer Reputation team to deploy visible and attractive campaigns via digital and social channels that drive awareness of the various Early Talent programmes and drive increased applications.
You will help navigate our recruitment system to ensure the best candidate experience.Career Fairs and In-house days:

You will work with the Employer Reputation Specialist to organise the different Career fairs and In-House days that drive increased awareness of the programmes and roles on offer.

Projects:

We are a European team so there are always opportunities to get involved in regional projects and demonstrate your skills cross the team.

Your Profile:

Experience within Talent Acquisition (recruitment or employer reputation) is beneficial but not essential.
A positive and agile attitude with a desire to learn more about Talent Acquisition.
Experience working in a large organisation is preferred but not essential.
Working towards or have achieved a Bachelor's degree
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Proven team player and a fast learner

Location is flexible. Home site is Waltham on the Wolds, Leicestershire but we are currently working from home so welcome applications from various UK locations. Potential for some travel to Waltham for team meetings but this would be limited.
