Page Personnel HR are working with one of the UK's largest provider of community-based social and home care services. The Resourcing Business Partner role will have regional recruitment responsibilities and involve people management. This is a fantastic role for someone with good knowledge of recruitment processes who is passionate about driving change. The role is based near Manchester and will require travel.

Description
The key responsibilities for the Resourcing Business Partner are managing a small team, liaising with senior stakeholders, managing targets, producing KPI reports, delivering training, performance management, implementing strategy and change, troubleshooting, and recruitment. The role is based near Manchester and requires regular travel.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have/be:
A strong understanding of high volume recruitment processes
Previous line management experience
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to build strong relationships up to Director level
Strong analytical skills
Computer literate with MS Office and ATS
Operationally savvy with a passion to drive change and improvement Job Offer
