Office Angels are working with a global business with the recruit of an Accounts Administrator to join their office in Wigston, Leicester. An immediate start may be available for the right candidate so apply today!
Role: Accounts Administrator
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:15am - 4:45pm | Friday 8am - 2pm
Contract: Permanent
Location: Wigston, Leicester | On site parking
Salary: Up to £25,000pa
Duties -
Managing incoming and outgoing post
Answering call; covering switchboard when required
Using ERP / Finance systems
Booking on Goods Return Notes
Handling purchase invoices
Recording supplier invoices
Resolving invoice queries
Daily bank recs & journals
Month end reporting
Payroll - preparation and completion of monthly payroll on Sage
Expenses
Other duties as and when requiredPrevious experience -
Previous experience working within Accounts & Administration with experience and knowledge of running payroll
Previous experience using Sage would be an advantage
Strong team working skills - happy to help out colleagues as and when needed
Excellent communication skills
