Do you have strong customer service and administrative skills? Would you like to join a growing service and installations team? Due to growth plans, we are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a leading manufacturer and supplier of windows and glazing. Package will include 28 days AL (inc bank holidays), great team culture, pension, free parking, and training opportunities.
This is a full-time permanent role based in Stafford, on a salary of £18-20,000 per annum working Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm.
Reporting to and working closely with both the Sales and Operations Manager, you will support both the service and installations department (5 people), taking incoming calls from customers regarding their glazing installations or booking in a service of their products. This will be 50/50 inbound and outbound calling so strong communication is essential.
I would be very interested to speak to anyone with a background in Sales Administration, Customer Service, Data Entry or Sales Order Processing with a keen eye for detail and strong MS Office knowledge (Excel in particular), any previous experience in using a CRM system will be highly beneficial. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a pressurized environment where priorities can change constantly.
