Customer Service Specialist

Office angels are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for our client based in Camberley

Role: Customer Service Administrator

Location: Camberley

Pay rate: £9.41p/h

Days required: Monday - Friday 8:30am- 5pm

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 3 - 6 months temporary position with the intention to go permanent

Duties may include but are not limited to:

· Speaking to customers over the phone and taking orders

· Entering stock onto their CRM systems

· Meeting and greeting customers who come into the store

· Making sure the store is fully stocked at all times

· Participating in stock check - monthly

The ideal candidate will have:

· Strong telephone manner

· Good IT knowledge

· Able to adapt to changes within in the company

· Previous customer service experience
