Recruitment Account Manager

Join our Blue Arrow family and branch team in Lewisham on a fixed term contract basis as an Account Manager to take ownership of and manage an existing key client account. You will be delivering exceptional service through the timely supply of temporary employees.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

Proactive Client Account development
Onsite meetings with stakeholders and temporary employees
Placing candidates into temporary roles
Recruitment: sourcing and interviewing candidates
Managing your team of temporary staff (Flexible Employees)
Client and candidate relationship building
Service management: compliance, administration, payroll, maintaining records and systems
Managing the out of hours mobile calls
