Alliance Personnel are currently recruiting for sales administrator to join one of their clients based in Castle Vale, Birmingham.

Objectives:

* Working in a small team within a busy office. The role is customer service focused and you will be entering customer orders from various portals daily and updating the portals where necessary to notify the customer of stock availability and adjustments.

* To use commercial customers online portals, download orders, prepare paperwork/picklists for the warehouse which will include printing and matching delivery and dispatch labels ready for sending. Also responsible for updating the online portals to mark orders as acknowledged and dispatched so the customer is always kept up to date. Communicating with outside entities to make them aware of out-of-stock updates and potential dates for stock intake.

* A good knowledge of in-house stock and order management systems, able to understand the process from start to finish.

* Dealing with customer queries from different channels including telephone, email, and online accounts such as eBay. A good level of communication must be maintained with the warehouse to update stock levels correctly and ensure orders/customer service requests are dispatched quickly and efficiently. Working with the team to record and understand the customer’s needs and queries and be able to act on these quickly to ensure the best possible service.

Skills:

* Extremely organized

* Experience within Ecommerce distance selling desirable

* Knowledge of WASP, EDGE, Blujay portals desirable

* Minimum Intermediate level excel with previous exposure to in house OMS/WMS would be advantageous

* Forward thinker and able to problem solve quickly

* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail

* Be flexible in your approach with an ability to identify and manage priorities

* Confident, courteous & professional

* Good communication skills and people skills essential
