The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Account Managers, ensuring service delivery for their on-going b2b customers.

Description

Duties of the Customer Care Manager:

Proactive customer care for existing clients
Motivating and developing the team
Driving the KPIs including NPS scores
Give continued feedback to the team, to empower them within their roleProfile

The successful Customer Care Manager will be/have:

Experience leading a service delivery team within a B2B environment
Ability to lead and motivate a team
