Description
Working as part of a large team, this varied HR Administrator (Americas) role will take responsibility for a wide range of HR duties to support staff in America, due to this, the hours will be (phone number removed)pm Monday to Friday.
Duties will include but not limited to:
* Resolving customer queries, via phone and e-mail by analysing root cause and owning through to resolution
* Delivering operational Service Level Agreements (SLAs) whilst demonstrating the right level of quality and control
* Ensuring that controls are completed on time and documented and evidenced appropriately
* Supporting HR Operations teams, ensuring effective administration of HR processes and systems
* Identifying continuous improvement and trends with the ability to make recommendations where service improvement/change is necessary
Profile
The role of HR Administrator (Americas) is a very exciting role for someone passionate about following a career in HR within a modern, prestigious corporate organisation.
