Role: Service / Sales Coordinator
Pay: Up to 21k per annum DOE
Hours: Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm Fri - 9am-4.30pm with ½ hour lunch
Location: Golborne, WA3
Contract: Temp to perm

Our client, a distributor of specialist equipment used within hospitality industry seeks an experienced Service/Sales Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis, to provide administrative support to the internal sales desk.
This is an ideal opportunity to secure a permanent position within a fast expanding business.
As the Service/Sales Administrator your duties would be :-
Logging service calls with Engineers
Sales Order Processing
Raising quotations and preparing invoices
Documenting orders through the company systems
Dealing with incoming calls, checking stock, answering queries etc
Ordering stock when applicable
The successful Service/Sales Administrator will have the following :-
Relevant experience within a Sales Administration role
Good communication skills
A high level of organisation with the ability to multi task
Ability to work under pressure
Team player who can work on own initiative
Experience with a range of IT - Word, Excel etc
