Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Location: Warrington
Pay Rate: £10 - £12 per hour
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 8 - 12 weeks
We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Facilities Administrator on behalf of our Warrington based client who are going through a very busy period. They require someone who can come in and hit the ground running to help them get through a backlog of work!
Key responsibilities of this role:
* Updating the inhouse Facilities Management system - running reports, inputting information, closing down jobs
* Assisting the service desk co-ordinators with the scheduling of work for engineers and subcontractors
* Raising purchase orders.
* Preparing up to date reports for management
* Preparing action plans and offering project administration support
Essential Skills:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work to deadlines
* Able to multitask and prioritise workload.
* Strong IT skills especially MS Excel and experience of working on databases
* Excellent communication skills
