Page Personnel are appointing a Benefits Associate Analyst to ensure data accuracy and compliance, timely provision of benefits and the management of queries. The Associate Analyst will build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, growing and sharing benefits expertise.

Description
As a Benefits Associate Analyst your key responsibilities will be but not limited to:
Act as subject matter for voluntary benefits and benefits portal
Management of team queries through ticketing system, providing first line response
Company car administration
BAU data management on benefits portal
Ensuring new benefit selections are processed in payroll
Running reports, maintaining trackers
Comms and engagement activities
Supporting Benefits Analyst on delivery of annual benefits window
Keep abreast of market changes Profile
You will need to have/show:
Experience in Benefits or Reward administration
Experience in using HR and Benefits Systems
An understanding of employee benefits, and basic knowledge of employment law and HMRC guidance in relation to benefits
You will need to work at pace, while also maintaining accuracy
Intermediate Excel skills - particularly vlookups/manipulation of large data sets
Organisational skills
Resilience, positivity and confidence
Excellent communication skills Job Offer
