Our client is a large education organisation with a number of sites across the Sheffield and South Yorkshire area. They are currently expanding their Facilities Team and require 2x Facilities Administrator's. Free parking is available on site, and we require somebody to start immediately.

Description
Key responsibilities required:
Updating the inhouse Facilities Management system - running reports, inputting information, closing down jobs
Spot checks in the buildings, looking at wear and tear - checking furniture, light fittings, ceilings etc
Raising purchase orders
Preparing action plans and offering administration supportProfile
The successful candidate:
Previous experience in a Facilities role
Able to multitask and prioritise workload.
Strong IT skills especially MS Excel and experience of working on databases
Excellent communication skillsJob Offer
