Our client, a well established interior designer company is looking for a bright and energetic Office Support Administrator to join their offices in the Colchester area.
They are a specialist in their industry and have a reputation for providing first class service and products to their customers.
You will also be supporting with other departments on a day to day basis for example Accounts and Sales team, you will also be responsible for all inbound phone calls to the office, post, ordering stationary/PPE and general office administration.
Essential skills:
Proficient in excel and all Microsoft function
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
Resilient and confident individual who isn't afraid to be on the phonePay Rate £9.14ph + Holiday, Pension & Adecco Benefits
Hours working 8:30am - 17:00pm Monday - Friday. 1/2 hour unpaid lunch.
Temporary to permanent opportunity
