We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full time Diagnostics Administrator to join our successful team in a busy office. This role will be on a temporary 6-month basis initially, with possibility of permanent, with a salary of £18,000 per annum + OTE.
At Future Health Biobank we have a large diagnostic laboratory in the UK.
We currently have a vacancy for a temporary Diagnostics Administrator, reporting to the UK Sales & Marketing Manager, to join our team based on the Nottingham Science & Technology Park. Full time hours of work will be 37.5hrs per week with some evening/weekend hours required. This position comprises of implementation and management of key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering client enquiries, ordering and monitoring of stock
- Cold calling to recruit potential new business
- Account management of existing and new accounts
- Problem resolution and dealing with challenging clients
- Completion of client data entry and ensuring data is up to date and accurate
- Distribution of sensitive data electronically in adherence to GDPR regulations
- Recurrently update your knowledge of all company policies and adhere to the Quality Management System in line with ISO9001.

- Excellent organisational skills;
- Confident phone manner;
- Ability to hit targets and motivation to exceed expectations
- Time keeping and accuracy are essential in this fast-paced role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are paramount to this position.
- As this is such a varied role, the ability to plan ahead and prioritise an ever-changing workload is essential to success.
- You will need to be a confident and competent user of Microsoft Office.

Terms & Benefits:
- 37.5 hours per week, with some evening/weekend work;
- Salary of £18,000 per annum + OTE;
