£17,500 basic, Realistic OTE of over £35,000

Permanent, Full time, Mon-Friday with occasional weekend work

Our client is looking for a vibrant, enthusiastic individual to join their growing dynamic team on the outskirts of Exeter! If you are looking for a sales role with an excellent commission structure with OTE of £35K p.a then look no further. Our client specialises in the leasing of a world renowned brand. This will be an office based role achieving sales online & via telephone. Duties will include

Following up on warm sales leads NO COLD CALLING
Communicating and developing strong personal relationships with customers to create customers for life
Maintaining excellent relationships with existing customers
Provide customers with an excellent consumer journey
Keeping track of the value your desk & reporting back to office seniors
Working towards personal & team based sales KPI's
Completing all administrative duties required Essential skills/experience

Strong desire to succeed ESSENTIAL 💪
Vibrant, team player
Strong Sales skills/experience (preferable but not essential)
Confident Communication skills, both written & verbal
Enjoys providing top notch customer service
