This is a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join a growing Accountancy firm in the hearts of Keighley.

My client are an award-winning Accountancy firm that are looking for an Office Manager in Keighley to join ASAP. They are reputable for their working environment and progression opportunities.

Description

The key duties as an Office Manager will include:

Dealing with appraisals
Holiday requests (cover issues etc)
Sickness - taking initial calls, follow ups where necessary, "back to work" interviews
First port of call for general staff issues
Tracking staff CPD & organising webinars etc
Any major staff issues also tends to be dealt with at partner level
Other annual jobs eg. PII renewal, haggling with other subscription providers, energy bills etc
Overseeing the admin department- ensure smooth running etc
Overseeing Money Laundering procedures re new/existing clients (not the reporting, this is done at partner level)
