Are you looking for a position that starts ASAP?
Do you have a passion for customer service?
Are you looking to work in a fast paced customer focused environment?
If so we would love to hear from you!
We are looking for customer service advisor's working in a modern call centre in Kirkcaldy, Fife. You will be joining a fast paced contact centre providing customers with factual information, handling a high volume of calls and taking control of the call and then pointing them in direction of the relevant website.
* Full training will be given and support
* Weekly Pay
* On site parking
What we're looking for:
You'll need to be a wonderful, natural listener and communicator, the kind of person who can empathise with a customer, understand what they want and work out what to do next. You may have previous experience in retail, customer experience or as a sales assistant, although not vital.
