Description

The Call Centre Advisor will be responsible for:

Achieving the departmental key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide an outstanding service to internal & external customers.
Ensure all team SLA's are met within the required time frame.
Ensure all information is documented into and progressed appropriately from point of contact through to final invoice.
Data Entry
Producing reports
Speaking to customers over the phone
Sending emails
Resolve customer enquiries effectively, escalate complaints to a Team Leader/Team Manager.Profile

The Call Centre Advisor will have:

Excellent communication skills
Must be able to use MS packages
Be highly organised
Have high attention to detail
Be prepared to work the occasional Saturday'sJob Offer
