This highly successful  Global Standards business works through a network of partners that delivers audit and certification services all around the world, currently they are looking to appoint a LMS Specialist  to join their growing training department who engage with industry professionals and organisations to deliver subject matter training courses through a global network.

They currently offer a range of digital, face to face, blended and micro training courses.  In your new exciting role as a LMS  Specialist you will lead and take ownership of all day to day activities relating to the Learning Management Systems and other operational requirements for any new digital platforms the training team might engage. You will also act as an internal product champion for the operational digital requirements and support the Head of Training.  The team are currently in the process of implementing a new Learning Management System so it’s your chance to roll up your sleeves and help with the project implementation and roll out.
Responsibilities:

The role assumes responsibility for the administration of the Learning Management and providing support to team members who may need to make changes.
This includes, but is not limited to, the management of course and programme structures, organisation hierarchy structure, reporting, updating customer training records and the creation of exam pools.
The role includes working with and supporting all members of the Academy and Events team under the direction of the Head of Training to support the strategic aims of the department and wider business and crucially links to the Digital team within the businessWhat you need to be successful in this role:

Commercially aware and able to recognise opportunities to change and improve our systems to benefit the customer
Able to communicate and develop relationships with a range of stakeholders from entry to senior management level
Able to demonstrate excellent IT skills – experience of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook essential
Able to demonstrate excellent organisation, administration, project and time management skills.
Some experience of working with LXP’s, LMS and other relevant learning solutions
Some experience of using a CRM systemYou will be joining at a time the company will be celebrating their 25th anniversary , who have remained a close knit business even though they have continued to grow organically,  and do offer a huge cultural advantage over some of the bigger companies and over time they have remained dynamic, as well as offering  flexibility including personalised perks for their individuals and teams.
Initially this role will start out as home based due to Covid19, however, once they return back to the offices, they will be offering ongoing in-office as well as homebased working.   Lovely open plan spacious offices that have great views over the Thames, and that are close to major transport links
