Despatch Supervisor

£29,250 - £32,000 + Bonuses (£3K) + Life Insurance + Healthcare + Pension + Excellent Company Benefits
Do you have supervisory or management experience within a warehouse/logistics environment and are looking to increase your earnings through bonuses?
On offer is an exciting, fast-paced position where you will receive ongoing training on new systems along with long-term career progression. Your role will see take control of operations in the despatch area, with a focus on implementing continuous improvements and improving efficiencies.
The company are a global manufacturer and are set to undergo a significant period of expansion making now an exciting time to get on board as they have recently invested heavily at their site in Telford.
This position would suit somebody with supervisory or management experience from a warehousing or logistics background, looking for the chance to put their own stamp on operations.
The Role:
Monday to Friday, 6am2pm & 2pm-10pm rotating shifts
Opportunity to put your own stamp on warehouse despatch
Fastpaced role overseeing teams within despatch area
The Candidate:
Previous supervisory, team leader, or management experience
Warehousing/logistics experience
Looking to put their own stamp on a department
