Page Personnel are recruiting an administrator for a temporary cover in Colton, York.
Client Details
The client is within the FMCG industry and they are needing some cover for initially 4 weeks (potentially longer). This person will be moving into a Weighbridge Administration role where they will ensure the smooth operation of the Weightbridge facility, ensuring that all vehicles delivering raw materials, and dispatching finished goods are weights, sampled and receipted one entering and exiting the site in compliance with statutory regulations and requirements.
Description
The key responsibilities will be; act as the first point of contact for collection or delivery drivers, ensuring vehicles have the necessary and correct paperwork, accurately recording weights and product type by vehicle, processing relevant data and paperwork and update all records on the relevant computer systems, ensuring that raw materials and finished products are receipted and dispatched inline with both internal quality control systems, assisting with customer service requirements and general administrative duties as required, including answering the telephone and directing calls.
Profile
Strong administration experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and accurate data processing
Proficient administration and IT skills

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm working hours
