Logistics Quality Coordinator
Salary: c£32-37K (Dependent on experience)

Search Logistics are currently working with a Logistics company that specialises in the movement of temperature controlled goods within the UK and globally. They are seeking a Logistics Quality Coordinator to join their ever-growing business.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Implement company policies.
* Conduct meetings, training
* Ensuring that the Quality System is implemented and maintained.
* Facilitate the Handling of Quality Issues, escalation of Quality Issues as well as CAPA tracking up to completion of action.
* Ensuring the accuracy and quality of all records and documents.
* Acting as Quality Assurance representative for customer audits, including the preparing of appropriate materials required within those audits.
* Conducting self-inspection audits for the local or regional company facilities.
* Tracking and overseeing all commitments for actions or changes made by the client from previous customer audits as well as from internal audits.
* Coordinating the required training activities for all personnel and ensuring appropriate documentation and filing (this will include but is not limited to SOP training, regulatory training and Health and Safety training).
* Train, and help to assimilate new employees
* Participate actively to the internal quality meeting
Key skills required:
* Have excellent oral and written communication skills in English
* Have a prior working experience in Quality Assurance
* Customer Satisfaction skills
* Flexible and adaptable to change
* Execute and prioritise multiple tasks
* Must be self-motivated, focused, and persistent
* Self-sufficient, responsible, and reliable
* Team Spirit
* Have an interest in the pharmaceutical industry and international transport
