Administrator - Norwich - Immediate Start

Purpose of the role

To provide a range of effective administration service and support the business needs and priorities.
To support the Business Administrator function effectively and flexibly with high standards of customer care.
To support when required with a variety of projects and tasks.
To liaise with key staff at establishments and at Head Office to ensure key priorities are met.              
Duties will include:

To answer all incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
To produce letters, newsletters, mail merges and email communications as required.
To assist with bookings and arranging refreshments for meetings and to support colleagues within the administration team with events.
Sorting incoming post and arranging the external post using the franking machine.
To order stationery and to organise the stationary cupboards when needed.
Efficient processing of forms, claims, cheque requisition forms and credit card statements.
To organise and to produce detailed meeting minutes as requested by line manager.
Managing the taxi account along with processing invoices.
To support within project groups when required.
To perform such other appropriate duties and activities as can reasonably be required in accordance with the grade and nature of the post.
To be considered for this role you must;

Good standard of Education and demonstrable ICT skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Understanding of excellent customer care
Experience of using Microsoft Office in a working environment
Good organisational skills & ability to prioritise workload
Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to work solely using own initiative
HOURS: Full time - Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch

DURATION: Temporary position initially for 3 months

LOCATION: Norwich 

PAY RATE: £9.95 per hour
