Office Angels Brentwood are proud to be expanding our successful permanent division as we seek a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to work alongside our successful permanent consultant, Hayley Sanderson.
A bit about Hayley...
Hayley joined Office Angels in 2016 within a similar role and progressed to a Recruitment Consultant in 2018. Hayley prides herself on delivering a first class, perfectly tailored service to her clients and candidates. You can assist Hayley in finding a dream job for local candidates seeking a new opportunity.
A bit about YOU…
You will work closely with Hayley to build a pool of candidates who are actively seeking new work opportunities.
Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
Holding telephone interviews with candidates to gauge their suitability
Scheduling registration meetings for Hayley to conduct
Requesting relevant documentation from candidates
Updating candidate's availability, skills and qualifications on our system
Formatting CVs
Sourcing and contacting candidates on job boards regarding live vacancies
Going through advert response to find suitable candidates
Creatively advertising available roles across job boards and social media
Maintaining candidates details on our database system
Being the first point of contact for candidates seeking permanent job opportunities
Obtaining candidates right to work documentation and uploading onto the system
Answering the phone and dealing with general enquiriesWhat are the perks?
