Service Administrator required for our Automotive Client based in Exeter.

Our Client is a Well-Established Volume Main Dealer and they are currently seeking a Service Administrator to join their team.

For your hard work as a Service Administrator our client is offering a salary of £21983 + Bonus

Hours of work for this Service Administrator role are Monday to Friday

Responsibilities of a Service Administrator for our Client:

- Produce and accurate invoice to allow for prompt payment
- Maintaining strong working relationships with Customers, Dealerships and Manufacturers
- Process job cards in conjunction with Manufacturers standard text and times
- Administer and process warranty, repair and maintenance claims to the manufacturer.

The ideal Service Administrator will:

- Have a previous working experience within a Service Administrator role
- Experience of DMS
- Good customer service skills with technical understanding
- A very high level of accuracy and attention to detail
