Payroll & Admin Team Leader

PMP Recruitment is currently looking for a Payroll & Admin Team Leader in Peterborough, PE1 1LZ. We are looking for a passionate, friendly and driven individual who has the passion to succeed!

Your pay rate as a Payroll & Admin Team Leader will be £24,500 per annum

This is a fixed-term maternity leave cover for 14 months, you will be working from 8am until 5pm and flexibility will be required.

Day to day:

As a Payroll & Admin Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the running of the admin and payroll department, ensuring all admin and payroll deadlines are met for our temporary colleagues, and the region remains compliant. You'll work closely with other senior members of the team, both locally and with the site teams, continuously striving to be more efficient, and improving processes. You'll be responsible for ensuring all staff members are fully trained, supported and absences are covered. You'll complete KPI's and other projects as set by the Fulfilment Centre Manager and will be the responsible person for audits. You'll consistently promote and strive to deliver the Company and wider Group mission, vision, values and strategy.
