* North Tyneside

* £19,000 - £21,000 per annum

* Part-time - Monday to Friday hours 9am to 1pm (some flexibility on hours)

* Contract position; long-term opportunity

Do you have experience working within property, facilities, hospitality or retail industries?

An excellent opportunity has been created to run a growing serviced office centre in North Tyneside.

Working for a reputable provider of serviced offices, this role will focus on service, client retention and customer management. As a provider of flexible, modern office space, this business are looking to hire a service-driven individual to run a profit focused business centre.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

* Running a busy shared office centre, being the front of house representative of the company

* Over exceed on client service levels leading to exemplary retention rates

* Managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service

* Manage all profit and lost for the centre

Required Skills & Experience

* A background in a customer facing, service driven position is essential

* Experience within property, facilities management, hospitality or retail industries would be a good fit

* An understanding of how to identify business growth opportunities and maximise profits

* Commercially minded

This is a unique role, and excellent training is on hand to assist in learning the product. Experience in serviced offices is not important, but a positive attitude and an amicable personality are vital.
